He started out driving long-haul routes, learning the job the same way most do—by putting in the miles and figuring things out as he went. Over the years, he paid attention to what worked and what didn’t: timing deliveries, avoiding delays, keeping costs down, and staying organized under pressure. After more than 30 years in the industry, he’s moved into logistics, where that experience still guides how he plans routes, manages schedules, and solves problems.
